HOLIDAYS - full payment is required for any rentals scheduled for a holiday -
1) paypal - I send a paypal invoice that you can pay with your credit card, debit card or paypal 4 weeks prior to the rental date. The $150 reservation deposit will be sent as soon as you notify me that you want the camper reserved.
2) check - I must received it 4 weeks before the rental date. The $150 reservation deposit must be sent out as soon as you tell me you want the camper reserved.
Cash can be excepted for the $350 security deposit. Works best via paypal. That way I do not need to be home when you do the return and I can refund it to your account.
Reservation Deposit is to hold the dates until payment is due. Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to the pickup date if within 2 weeks then payment is due in full at reservation time.
I do not refund the 150 reservation deposit and will refund the rental fees as long as the cancellation is within 30 days of the rental date. If not then I have already turned away many customers and missed out on being able to rent the camper and have to keep the rental fees. If you check with other rental companies it is all kept if canceled after full payment is made.
Even if within 30 days if I am able to rent it out I would refund in full.
You will find that I am much more fair then any others.
Generator Use: We have generators for used at a rate of $25 for you rental time. You must fill the gas prior to returning the generator.
Damages & Maintenance:All rental vehicles are checked out by technicians before leaving. It is still the renter's responsibility to keep up the daily maintenance during their rental period. Renters can be held responsible for all damage due to negligence and abuse done to the rental unit. Damage done by renter, road hazard, curb cutting, etc. are the renter's responsibility.
